Cancellation Policy

This website is operated by Bayaan Collective ("we", "us", "our").

1. Cancellation window

You may request cancellation of an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched. After 24 hours, or once the order is processed or shipped, we cannot accept cancellation requests.

2. Approval

Cancellation requests are subject to our approval. If the cancellation window has passed or the order has already been processed or shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, and delivery will proceed as normal. Please see our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy for what happens after delivery.

3. How to cancel

Email admin@bayaancollective.com or WhatsApp +91-9667745491 with:

  • Your order number
  • The email address or phone number used for the order
  • Your reason for cancellation

4. Refund on cancellation

If your cancellation is approved, the full order amount is refunded to your original payment method (card, UPI, net banking, or wallet) within 5-7 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

5. Cancellation by us

We may cancel an order and issue a full refund to your original payment method if:

  • The order has not been processed or approved
  • An item is out of stock
  • There was a pricing or listing error
  • We are unable to deliver to your address

We will notify you by email or WhatsApp if this happens.

6. Confirmation

Once a cancellation is processed, you will receive a confirmation by email or WhatsApp.
