By visiting this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy, and Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your place of residence, to place an order. If you are under 18, you may use the website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You agree that the information you give us, including your name, address, email, phone number, and payment details, is accurate, current, and complete.

2. Products and descriptions
We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may differ slightly from images because of screen settings, lighting, and photography. Minor variations in colour, print, or detailing are not defects. Unstitched items are supplied as fabric without stitching, cutting guides, or tailoring instructions. Product descriptions, availability, and prices may change without notice. We may limit the quantity of any item sold.

3. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. An order is accepted only when we confirm it by email or WhatsApp. We may decline or cancel any order, for example because of stock unavailability, a pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, or inability to deliver to your address. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund the amount in full to your original payment method.

4. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, including GST, unless stated otherwise.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card details. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.
  • Your order is processed once payment is successfully received. If a payment fails but your account is debited, the amount is usually reversed by your bank or payment provider within a few business days. Contact us if it is not.
  • We do not currently offer Cash on Delivery.

5. Shipping and delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, government action, or other events outside our reasonable control. Please provide a complete and correct address and be available to receive your order. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided, subject to applicable law. 6. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy. Please read both before ordering. These policies do not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including our name, logo, text, images, graphics, and product listings, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, or use any content without our written permission. Designer and brand names mentioned on this website belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products we sell.

8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Interfere with the website’s security or operation, or upload viruses or malicious code
  • Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access the website or collect data without our written permission
  • Impersonate any person or business

We may suspend or block access to anyone who breaks these rules.

We collect and use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Our website is hosted on Shopify, which processes some data on our behalf.

The website may occasionally contain typographical errors, or inaccuracies in descriptions, prices, or availability. We may correct these at any time, including after an order is placed. If this leads to a cancellation, we will refund any amount you have paid.

12. Disclaimer
The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including under consumer protection laws.

You agree to compensate us for any loss or claim arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the website, to the extent permitted by law.

15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, the courts at New Delhi, India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms. Nothing in this section limits your right to approach a consumer forum or rely on mandatory laws that apply in your place of residence.

  • If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
  • These Terms and the policies linked above are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the website.
  • You may not transfer your rights under these Terms to anyone else without our consent.
